Winter Friday Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga® (full)

Ages: Newborn to pre-crawling babies with parent / caregiver

Join us for a 5-week session of Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga on Fridays at the Union Method in Kirkland’s Juanita neighborhood. This class is for babies who are not mobile yet (crawling, scooting or walking). These classes are safe for newborns, but I encourage families to wait until their babies are at least 4 weeks old before starting the class.
