Since we are temporarily no longer able to be together for in-studio classes, Anna has been offering some free Facebook Live classes as well as recording some videos to help you continue to practice at home.
Prenatal yoga classes are still offered on Saturday morning through Zoom as well as Zoom Itsy Bitsy Yoga session on Friday mornings. All classes require preregistration and space is limited.

COUNTING BREATH
The counting breath is a great breathing technique to use any time you want to clear your mind. It’s especially useful to practice this breathing technique during your pregnancy and during labor.
To prepare for this breathing technique, find a comfortable place to sit. if you are sitting on the floor, make sure you have something under your hips so you can make sure your hips are at the same height or higher than your knees. Stack your shoulders over your hips and lift the crown of your head. Once you are ready close your eyes and begin to focus inward on your breath.

- Exhale for 1, 2, 3, 4
